Hi, I'm Allan. I understand that buying or selling a home is always a major decision and I give each of these decisions the time and respect they deserve. Although buying or selling a home is a major decision I do everything in my power to make it as stress free as possible for my clients. I do this by educating my clients on the process and by staying in constant communication at all times. I feel that the more information my clients have the less they worry so I keep them informed every step of the way. I got into real estate because I love Waterloo region and I love helping people. I have spent my entire life in Waterloo Region and I am dedicated to giving back to this community that has given me so much. I do this by volunteering for a number of great organizations like my church, Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest and the Waterloo Region Community Foundation. 

 

My love for this region is what drives me to be a Realtor. I truly believe that Waterloo Region is one of the best places to live in the world and I am passionate about helping people find a place of their own in our amazing region.
